Who we are

These terms govern your purchase of products from VESPR through this store. By placing an order you accept them.

Products and descriptions

VESPR sells a body butter based on shea, cocoa and coconut, carrying a high-load fragrance. We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours and finishes may vary slightly between screens and batches.

Fragrance interpretations and brand names

VESPR scents are original interpretations, inspired by well-known fragrances. They are not copies, and they are not the originals.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any of the fragrance houses or brands we name. We name them for one reason only: so you know which scent profile an interpretation is built around. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Pheromones

Our products contain a pheromone compound. Human pheromone science is debated, and we make no promise about attraction, reaction, or any effect on other people. What we sell is a scent and how long it holds on skin. Anyone guaranteeing more than that is selling you a story.

Skin, allergies and intended use

For external use on skin only. Not for use on broken or irritated skin, and not intended for children. Ingredients are listed on the product page and on the jar — check them if you have known sensitivities, and patch test if you are unsure. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Our products are cosmetics. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.

Prices, orders and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Shipping is calculated at checkout before payment. We may correct pricing errors and refuse or cancel an order — if we do after payment, you are refunded in full.

Promotional offers, including quantity offers, apply automatically at checkout under the conditions stated on the offer, and may be withdrawn or changed at any time. Changes never affect an order already placed.

Guarantee and returns

Our 8-Hour Guarantee and our return terms are set out in the refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by French law, where our business is established, without depriving you of any protection granted by the mandatory consumer law of your place of residence.
